1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ase44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously had an account on ase44 suspended, terminated, or permanently closed for violations of these Terms;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ase44 or any responsible gaming body.

ase44 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Where such proof cannot be provided to ase44's satisfaction, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

2 Account Registration & Management

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on ase44. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ase44 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ase44 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ase44 immediately at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, ase44 requires players to complete identity verification. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. ase44 may also request proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered form. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on ase44 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ase44 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which ase44 bears no responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits are credited to your ase44 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. ase44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified ase44 account. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus balances may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted;
• ase44 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction;
• Deposits that have not been used for gameplay may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved;
• All withdrawal requests are subject to ase44's anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

ase44 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction that is suspected to involve fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, ase44 may report the activity to relevant authorities and withhold the funds pending investigation.

4 Gameplay Rules & Betting Conditions

All casino game outcomes on ase44 are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are governed by the rules displayed within each specific game interface. Sports betting outcomes are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL organising committee, FIFA, etc.).

By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game or market, that you are staking funds from your real-money balance or an applicable bonus balance, and that you accept the outcome as final once the round or event is settled.

ase44 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed corruption has demonstrably affected the outcome;
• Where odds or game parameters were published in error due to a manifest pricing mistake;
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or declared void by the governing body;
• Where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or corruption affecting the event.

Where bets are voided, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance. ase44's decision regarding voided bets is final and binding. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games; these are displayed within each game or market interface and may be updated by ase44 at any time.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ase44 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have fully completed KYC verification;
• A player may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion terms expressly permit this;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus funds, after satisfaction of the stated wagering requirement, are eligible for withdrawal;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period;
• ase44 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's bonus if it determines that the bonus is being claimed in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Seasonal promotions tied to cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), or Independence Day (26 March) are subject to their own specific terms published on the Platform at the time of the promotion. ase44 reserves the right to withdraw seasonal promotions without prior notice.

6 Responsible Gaming

ase44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they become active;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them when they have been actively playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account will be suspended and no deposits or gameplay will be permitted;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from ase44 may submit a self-exclusion request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and cannot be lifted at the player's request during that period.

ase44 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and employs age verification procedures during registration and KYC review. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method after identity confirmation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the ase44 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or content;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ase44 staff or other players via any support or communication channel;
• Claiming bonuses in bad faith or through bonus abuse strategies designed to extract value without genuine recreational play intent.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ase44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and audiovisual materials, is the property of ase44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ase44 name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary trademarks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ase44's prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ase44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ase44 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or events beyond ase44's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or actions of third-party service providers) may cause temporary unavailability. ase44 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

ase44's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ase44's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the ase44 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

ase44 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. ase44 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform (payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) and with regulatory authorities where legally required.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

ase44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for unlawful purposes;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against ase44;
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure);
• Where continued operation of the account creates legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for ase44.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus balances and any amounts owed to ase44 will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending withdrawal requests.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ase44 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ase44 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

ase44 also reserves the right to update individual game rules, bet limits, bonus terms, and payment method availability without prior notice. These operational updates do not constitute an amendment to these Terms and will be reflected in the relevant sections of the Platform interface.
